The Beginning

 

Advanced Turning Solutions is a family owned business in Granite Falls, Washington, northeast of Seattle. The Johnson brothers who own and operate ATS have a quarter century experience with advanced Swiss lathes, and are known locally for their ability to program these Swiss lathes to produce complex parts that other companies have trouble producing.
The heart of the operation is 3 Star Micronics programmable Swissing machines, capable of producing parts with a diameter up to 1.25" with precision and very high run rates. This allows for complex custom parts to be created cost effectively.

We can machine most materials in common use today, including steels of all types, titanium, tellurium copper, beryllium copper, silicon bronze, phosphorus bronze, peek, aluminum, brass, plastics, and phenolic.
We offer multiple finish options and custom engraving.
We consult with the customers during the initial phase, offering suggestions on parts design so machining time can be minimized.
Precision measuring tools are employed at each stage, from prototyping to each stage of production to assure compliance with specifications.
Changes to specifications are common and can be implemented with short notice.
